wah! today the training is damn tiring! the warm up was not very tiring then there were 50m drills where i strain my thigh it hurt like hell. then later we did some thing new, we run from one try line to the oither decking like every half a second at the least. then eventually we did weights it was a bit slack though cause we were supossed to dop the same weight as your partner, my partner was bubbles so i got it easy. however later we still had somemore. we had to do leg raises, back arches, and other stuff damn shack. i lost my boots at training so i am actually a bit scared to tell my mother, she damn pai sei so i tell later i think on monday.
